The following policies apply to all orders placed with Custom-iced Cookies LLC.

Custom-iced Cookies LLC reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

Designs
We reserve the right to full design creativity. Being fully custom, we want to include all the cookie shapes and colors that you request but may not be exact to the inspiration you send. We take inspiration as what it is, and hopefully turn it into something that exceeds your expectations!

Payment Due
You pay, I'll bake! Payment is required up front at least one week before the pick-up date. This is so I am able to print your order's needed cookie cutter shapes and aqquire all the supplies needed to make your custom cookies!

Refunds
I can offer refunds up to a week before the event. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your order has already been started on. But the good news - you get the cookies!

Rescheduling Pick-up
We get it, sometimes timing changes, or events get rescheduled. Please note that if you need to reschedule pick-up, I need to know asap. Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh after all! If there is just a small change (for example, changing pick-up by one or two days), I just need 5 days notice. Now if your pick-up needs to be rescheduled back week(s) or month(s), we can easily work out a new date as long as I have not started your order already!

It's All Yours Now
Once you pick-up your order, what happens to your cookies is up to you. Cookies are best eaten the day of pick-up. Any time in between, please keep them somewhere safe, dry, and cool. Do not let them out in the heat, do not store in the refrigerator, or in anywhere humid, as it could ruin the cookie and cause colors to bleed! If cookies are not eaten within a few days of pick-up, store them in the freezer in a sealed container to preserve the freshness and so they don't dry up! Inspiration
We greatly appreciate inspo pictures! It gives us a better idea of what to make, so we know exactly what you have in mind. But keep in mind that as each artist has a different style, so do bakers! Pictures are worth a thousand words, but they are not always accurate. Colors, lighting, and sizing in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Your cookies may not be perfect replicas, but we will keep it as close as possible!

In A Hurry?
While I can't accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Please know that there is no guarentee that my schedule will be open to make your order, so ordering 2+ weeks ahead of time greatens your chances of securing your order!

Allergies?
My cookies do not contain nuts, but they are make in a kitchen that is not nut free. Like most baked goods, they also contain gluten and dairy.

Please note that by submitting payment for your order, you're accepting the above terms. It also means that you are getting cookies! Yay!
